AS Titanium - This proprietary material is the newest and most exciting in All Star's history. The combination of Ultra high modulus fibers and flexible resin and scrim system has allowed us to offer the lightest, strongest, and most sensitive blank we have ever seen. This material used with our new ultra thin fast taper technology will be a new bench mark for graphite blank designs. Super thin, ultra light and strong, everything you could ask for in a blank or finished rod. This series is only offered in a natural matte clear finish.

IM10X Graphite - IM10X graphite and it’s unique Super Stretch resin system was and still is the building block of our blank manufacturing. This high modulus graphite has proven to be one of the best in the industry for strength and sensitivity. These blanks are strong and durable to allow for super hook setting power while keeping weight to a minimum. The IM10X series has a beautiful non-glare blue finish.

Elite Graphite - The Elite graphite is a super combination of our Classic graphite, which you have come to depend on and Super Stretch resin system. These two products combined result in a strong rod blank with a crisp feel that is light to the touch. This advancement has given a new meaning to Standard graphite. The elite series has a black non-glare matte finish.

Austin Fly Blanks Graphite - We took our Austin Fly rod blanks to a new standard of excellence for fly rods. We have used new tooling with faster tapers to design a blank with a smaller profile and reduced blank weight. These tapers are unmatched in performance or durablilty. This technology has been combined with our new Titanium graphite material to give you a blank that is unrivaled in today’s market. Austin Fly Blanks are only offered in a natural matte clear finish.

Fiberglass Saltwater Blanks- This series is constructed with standard E-glass. This material enables us to build you not only an economical blank but one of the strongest that will handle abuse better. These blanks are available in gloss black only.

Hybrid Graphite / Glass Blanks - These blanks are a combination of high strain graphite and S-glass, resulting in a lighter more powerful and sensitive rod blank than the standard E-glass blank. These blanks are BHLBS and BHGS series. They are available in matte black only.

ROD BLANK WARRANTY

Every All Star blank in this catalog is covered by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner. Should a problem occur due to defect, All Star will, at the company’s discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge. Damage to the product resulting from accident, neglect, or normal wear and tear will, at the company’s discretion , be repaired or replaced for a nominal fee. you will receive a detailed estimate before any actions are taken.

If a warranty claim is needed, purchaser should send the product per-paid with a check or money order for $15.00 for the return shipping and handling to All Star Composites, Inc., 9817 Whithorn, Houston, Texas 77095. Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number, rod blank model number, and a brief description of the defect or damage. Be sure to properly package your rod blank and send it prepaid and insured by UPS, RPS or Parcel Post. Remove any components you wish to keep before sending your rod blank to All Star. We will process your claim in a timely manner so you can enjoy our products in the great outdoors.

This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of blanks only and does not cover consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that limitation may not apply to you.

Your dealer is not authorized to make repairs or replacements under this warranty. All warranty claims must be made directly to the factory by the consumer.
