TRADITION SERIES Comprisedof IM6 material and featuring Pacific Bay standard actions, these blankscontinue the legacy created by years of careful research and developmentfor the original Pacific Bay line of blanks. They are presented in thetraditional rich plum tint.

COASTBUSTER SERIES Constructedof E-glass fiberglass material, these blanks are Pacific Bay classics.Designed and manufactured in the USA, they provide popular actions forall applications from stand-up tuna to live bait and IGFA trolling blanks.

PBX SERIES Constructed of durableE-glass and patterned after Pacific Bay's original fiberglass blanks, theyoff additional value to an already proven line of popular actions. Alsooffered in this line-up are PBX Graphite blanks consisting of an idealrange of blanks specifically designed for saltwater applications.

BLANK ACTION - Pacific Bay blanks incorporate several blank actionsbased on category and usage. They extend from the slow action which hasa progressive deflection from tip to butt, a moderate action which willdeflect in the upper 1/2 , fast action deflecting in the upper 1/3, andextra fast action which deflects in the upper 1/4 of the blank.(referto PB blank action chart)

POWER RATINGS - All Pacific Bay blanks have been rated for power usingthe established industry parameters for line class according to categoricalapplications. Some examples would be power ratings of 0 to 6 for spinningand casting applications. Light, medium, and heavy for saltwater as wellas specific line class ratings denoted in the actual model numbers. RANGE - All Pacific Bay blanks have been evaluated and assigned a rangeof line test ratings that allow the blank and line to perform at theirbest. There may be many variables determining optimum performance accordingto application, however, each blank's ideal line rating would fall in themiddle of the suggested range.

FLY LINE RATINGS - All of Pacific Bay's fly rod blanks have been ratedfor use with weight forward fly lines, however double taper lines willapply as well. Each blank has been designed to cast a specific line weight,however, angler preference according to casting style or fishing applicationmay determine a need to use a line weight up or down for ideal usage.

LIFETIME WARRANTY - Since most blanks will change hands at least onceafter their original sale, Pacific Bay's warranty is transferable fromrod builder to angler(s) and will cover workmanship and material defectsfor the life of the blank. Any blank you feel to be defective should bereturned, at your expense, to Pacific Bay. Upon careful examination, anyblank or section found to be defective will be replaced. As each multi-pieceblank ferrule is custom fit, it is necessary to return all sections forwarranty consideration. Please have all components on the damaged sectionremoved prior to returning the blank, as we assume no responsibility fortheir loss. Warranty does not cover: a. Consequential or incidental damagessuch as the loss of fishing reel, components or rod customizing and assemblyexpenses affecting finished rod cost. b. Damage due to misuse, neglector normal wear and tear. c. Damage caused to the blank during rod assemblyor resulting from improper assembly, such as over-tight thread wraps, etc.d. Additions or modifications to the blank such as shortening, sectioningor tip top sizing. e. Any blank built into a rod for which it was not intended,such as: a fly blank built into a spinning rod. PACIFIC BAY'S NO-FAULT ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE POLICY - Any Pacific Bayblank not covered under our lifetime warranty will be repaired or replacedat a special, below wholesale price. All replacements will be made withthe same blank model as the one returned, or if no longer available, withthe closest blank in action and/or value. The no-fault replacement pricefor your blank is available upon request and is subject to change withoutnotice.
